Heat loss and duct design
Calculations and layouts to CSA F280-12 and OBC SB-12, per model, submitted with your permit package.
Furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps
Gas, electric and cold-climate heat pump systems, sized to the design and installed to manufacturer spec.
Ductwork and sheet metal
Trunk and branch systems fitted to the framing, sealed and ready for inspection.
Ventilation
HRV and ERV installation, bath and range exhaust, and balancing to the design.
Gas piping
Lines and connections for furnaces, water heaters, fireplaces, ranges, dryers and barbecue stubs, by TSSA-certified technicians.
Startup, PDI and warranty
Commissioning, homeowner package documentation, pre-delivery inspection items and warranty service calls.

From permit to possession

    Design

    Heat loss, duct layout and equipment schedule per model, prepared from your drawings for the permit package.

  2. 2

    Rough-in

    Ducts, venting, line sets and gas run alongside framing, plumbing and electrical, ready for rough-in inspection.

  3. 3

    Finish and startup

    Equipment set and commissioned after drywall and paint. Thermostats, registers and grilles installed to the finish schedule.

  4. 4

    PDI and warranty

    Pre-delivery items scheduled ahead of closing. Warranty calls handled directly with the homeowner, with your customer care team kept informed.

One contact for the community. Rough-in and finish booked to your lot release, with crew counts scaled to the phase.

Paperwork

Extras priced in writing before the work. Change orders confirmed before they are built. Invoicing by lot.

Material staged ahead of rough-in. Crews on site the days they are booked.

Deficiencies

PDI items go on the schedule as they come in, with closing dates setting the priority.
